The place Hamden lies 10 kilometers to the east of Alida County and is a sort of a "sleeping town". The whole place exists almost exclusively of single-family dwellings and the infrastructure exists of a gas station and a shopping centre. The inhabitants work almost everything in the companies, stores etc. in Alida and come to spend only to the end of work back around family life here. All together Hamden has less than 10,000 inhabitants them here live. For the necessary fire prevention the Hamden Fire Company whose member everything provides voluntarily her service was founded. All vehicles and materials are accommodated in the Central Fire station.
